Our software was developed in conjunction with senior police officers, designed for use by police officers.
In 2008, CHI acquired all of the police software products previously sold by Cleaford Software. This includes well-known internationally used systems such as PAWS, TROP, BARX TAS, STOR, PETS and ARTS. These have now all been completely rewritten to our improved standards, under the CHIPS brand name.
